CPAED promotes gender equity and increase number of women and youth in elective position and decision making process; so that they can speak, act and make decisions. We also facilitate strategic dialogue, capacity building technical assistance to experts in law, justice-related professionals, institutions and actors to advance necessary reform initiatives at all stages and improve quality, consistency, legality and transparency in decision making within administrative cases that involves citizens and businesses. We strengthen problem solving relationships which may be fragile, fragmented or barely existent. By focusing on restorative justice, we provide offenders the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and victim the opportunity to heal.
